    Recently my Mitsubishi 82" TV stopped working. From the first moment Pro TV was on the ball. I called and set up service, they were on site the next day!!! They provided me with a knowledgeable technician who explained everything perfectly. Service rates are good and worth the cost with a fast repair. It turned out we needed a main board and a fan. They were back on site 4 days later, as was my TV. Thanks PRO TV & AUDIO.

    If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I have had nothing but a bad experience with them. Let start from the beginning. First, you can not get ahold of them ever. The phones will either ring busy, say unavailable, or just keep ringing. When someone does finally answer you are almost always immediately put on hold. I scheduled my first appointment for them to come out and look at our dryer that was not working, which is kind of a critical appointment. The appointment was a week and a half out. The technician Earl came out and spent all of 2 minutes looking at it to say it needed a belt replaced and they would get the parts ordered. He said I needed to call the company to set up another appointment for them to come back out and fix it. When I tried to call, what do you know, I couldn't get ahold of them. I tried a handle full of times and finally just had to wait until the next day to finally get an answer. They wouldn't schedule me an appointment before having the parts, which frustrated me because I knew they were scheduling far enough out I would have to wait even longer then. I was told someone would call me when the parts arrived to schedule. I waited nearly a week, NO ONE called. I had to call in and they received the parts but just no one decided to call me. I then get scheduled an appointment two weeks out. The day of the new appointment two weeks later, the technician calls me and says he is unavailable to come to my house and I need to call the office to reschedule. I call the office and ask to speak to a manager because it's at this point been a month almost. The manager was Bishop and was nothing but rude and all he does is talk over you and not let you get a word in edge wise. I'm trying to voice my frustration and how terrible of customer service this has been and I have someone who refuses to listen. His technician called off due to the snow the night before and said his technicians well being is more important. Sure, but for a customer who has been waiting this long to get something fixed, it's sure as hell not my problem and you should be doing everything you can to correct the matter. Not only that but really, call off because of the snow? When the roads were perfectly clear even when I went to work in the early early morning hours...please. Also, the "manager" to end the phone call by saying "I'm hanging up now, we'll see you Friday." Way to go. I have reported this to our home warranty company, in which they said they will be contacting this companies regional manager to discuss the matter, and will be leaving a bad review on every site I can find because I truly believe this company does not deserve anyone's business.
